I think it’s probably a very French thing, but along with his snack, Tom also has to take a plastic cup and a fabric serviette. I’d managed to misplace the two I originally bought and carefully embroidered his name on in a ‘keen new mummy’ moment, so I had to quickly find a replacement whilst on my supermarket trip.
Hmm, what a choice! I opted for a bright pattern of circles and rings, a bit on the pink side, but it would do. Back home I found my fabric pen just with the intention of adding Tom’s name so it wouldn’t get lost, but then inspiration struck!
Not slightly girly spots, but PLANETS!! The perfect theme for a little lad who just loves all things space – planets, meteorites, comets, moons, stars… So with a few quick pen lines I added rings, spots, and craters. So now his spotty napkin is out of this world!
